Meditation Workshop with Jess Klein
1. Learn the four main techniques: breath, mantra (Japa), visualization and self-inquiry;
2. Learn the concentration techniques of focusing the mind on one thing;
3. Become knowledgeable of common meditation experiences and frequently asked questions;
4. Students will be familiar with postures for meditation and the importance of proper posture;
5. How to deal with distracting thoughts and use of mala beads will also be covered.
