Gather for an incredible wood fired sauna to warm your bones and dine on food that will have you wondering – “Where can I get food like this in my neighborhood?” (btw, you can’t take chef Gregor home with you!)
This retreat is open to all levels of practice experience. It is an ideal introduction to Kundalini Yoga or a weekend away to focus on you and your practice. Join us to share in community and fellowship! Unplug your Yoga!
The weekend includes:
***3 days and 2 nights shared accommodation
***Healthy and nourishing vegan/vegetarian meals (100 mile diet) prepared especially for us that take into consideration your dietary needs (2 dinners, 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches)
***Morning sadhana, yoga classes and evening gong meditations
***Access to retreat activities such as canoeing, SUP, mountain biking, guided hikes
***Wood fired sauna
