Head north on A350 Blandford Road to Iwerne Minster. Turn right at the Talbot Inn onto Watery Lane. The Parish Field is just past Glebe Close on the right. The nearest postcode is DT11 8NG which will take you onto Watery Lane past the Parish Field. Unfortunately the village has no road name plates so navigation may be difficult without a map.
Some people may prefer to drive along the C13 (higher Shaftesbury Road) from Blandford, it is actually a better road than the A350! The C13 is closed at Melbury Abbas (about 4 miles North) for the rest of the year (at least!) due to land slip so there is no southbound access from Shaftesbury.
The turn off to Iwerne Minster is the top of Tower Hill so they would come down into the village and take the first left turn into Dunns Lane. The Parish Field entrance is actually at the point where Watery Lane meets Dunns Lane. I will be putting direction signs out on the C13/Tower Hill junction as well as at Tower Hill/Dunns Lane junction and around the village.
