Preparing your foods in the raw creates nutrient dense foods that are as irresistible as they are nutritious and vegan to boot. Colleen will start you off with an energizing Raw Smoothie then take you through a selection of 3 exciting entrees, including Raw Lasagne using Zucchini and our own Raw Cheese, Savoury Tarts piled high with Pestos and Marinated Veggies and Bloomed Rice Stir Fries. You'll go home armed with a set of recipes that are easy to replicate and adapt to your own style and food preferences as well.
Class Fee: $65 per person, plus GST. Your Fee Includes: a 2-hour demonstration, a raw food smoothie plus a taste of each of the entrees that Colleen prepares, a full set of recipes and a virtual copy of Kathryn's Resource List.
