The purpose of this monthly talk is to teach you how to reduce stress in your life. Here we will talk about your body's warning signs, foods to eat, exercises to try, etc.
We will also talk about how chiropractic can help and how to create a routine to get into so that stress doesn't invade your life more than it should.
