Don't throw your kitchen scraps away, you can grow fruit and vegetables from them. Learn what part of the plant can be used and the different methods. Some will form new plants like potatoes while others will provide a smaller harvest such as celery. Some vegetables are biannual, which means they grow over two years, onions will give you spring onions and will flower. The season and climate will influence if they will be indoors or outdoor plants. Please book and pay in advance. Saturday May 9th 4pm to 5pm Cost $15 New Harvest Produce 111B Nepean Hwy. Seaford, Vic 3198 Australia (03) 9785 2114 (Caitlin)
