Lucy Boyd joins Damian to host a demonstration on how to create a seasonal menu using spring ingredients.

Following the demonstration, guests will be invited to enjoy a Petersham Prosecco and two course seasonal lunch.
This workshop is open to only 16 guests, lasting approximately 1.5 hours. Tickets £75.00 per person. Price includes: workshop, two course lunch in the restaurant accompanied by a glass of prosecco.
