This clinic will focus on lightness in riding aids with emphasis on Confidence, Control, and Communication.
I met Dan after watching him perform at an ACTHA ride in Pilot Mountain. He was riding his stallion, Ranger who remained quiet, responsive and with his ears forward during walk, trot, canter, spins, and rollbacks. Dan's lightness and communication was shown to me by his horse's expression.
Dan's riding and relationship with his horse caused me to take notice and I asked him to come and teach a group of people at my farm. I later watched him teach a good friend of mine and I used some of the exercises that he demonstrated that day with excellent results for my horse and me.
I think you will enjoy learning from Dan. All disciplines welcome.
