Professor Paul S. Rundquist was a Senior Researcher at the Congressional Research Service for some thirty years. He is internationally recognized as an expert in the relations between Congress and the Executive Branch. He has advised parliaments around the world on legislative affairs. Professor Rundquist has been a Fulbright Senior Scholar in Poland and in Germany. Currently, he is a Guest Professor at Martin-Luther-Universität in Halle-Wittenberg.
