Helen Vanderburg – COREFX Power Play Power, quickness, and strength are arguably the most important physical attributes a client, athlete, or older adult can attain and maintain. Quick, explosive and reactive movement is essential for developing the athleticism necessary for sport and life for ALL ages. This workshop focuses on core, lower, and upper body power progressions. Power Play begins with floor based deceleration and movement progressions, and moves to elevated and loaded plyomeric challenges. Learn the science, drill mechanics, teaching cues and progressions to successfully implement this type of training into fitness and sport programs. Let the games begin!
