Hip openers help release anxiety and tension throughout your whole body. Even more, healthy, happy hips decrease low back and knee pain. In this two-hour workshop, we will start with a flowing vinyasa sequence that creates heat in the body and mobility in the joints. Then we will journey into long, deep and juicy hip openers that create space physically and emotionally. The result will be a sense of mental and emotional lightness. Workshop is not heated and open to all levels, though some vinyasa experience is preferred.
