Each audience member will be given a voucher/ticket/token on arrival at the beginning of the event before the first act starts. None will be given out after the first act. This will be done at the venue entrance by a member of Fargo/Venue staff. Band members may vote as if they were audience members.
After all acts have performed, audience members are invited to exchange their ticket for a voting form; the audience complete the form and return it to be counted. This will be done at a table within the venue, with a supply of pens, and a box for collecting completed forms. A time limit of 10 minutes will be in place for the voting period as no counting can begin before all votes are in - and time is of the essence at this stage as everyone wants to know the results!
AUDIENCE VOTING FORMS
Audience members are given two votes per form and will be instructed to vote "1" for their first choice and "2" for their second choice.
