Join us to learn how to garden the earth with the oldest, largest, longest lived species on earth, trees!...and of course shrubs, berries and medicinal herbs too.
We will be planting out a series of earthworks that we created in our first hands on course here at Iris this spring. The plantings will be an array of some of the key permaculture best hits for the northeast. Learn how to incorporate medicinal herbs, soil improving plants, pollinator habitat for bees, butterflies and hummingbirds into your forest garden and orchard. A holistic way to help the trees and shrubs to be healthier and more productive.
