One of the oldest and hisorically revered Columbus live music venues (located in the central University District) will be no more, soon. This makes an already captivating bill more significant, vital even. On Friday, May 15th, 2015, beginning at 9:00pm, Bernies Bagels & Deli/The Distillery (1896 N. High St., Columbus, OH: Tony Painter), through honorable instigation of Jason Murrah, will host a fantastic line-up featuring local legend, Columbus Ohio cornerstone of blues, rock and power pop, Willie Phoenix (Blues Hippy) with his band Willie Phoenix & The Soul Underground (Willie Phoenix, Myke Rock, Jim Johnson, Kim Crawford), Donna Mogavero (Donna Mogavero Music), Jim Volk, and Eric Nassau (Eric Nassau and Friends)! This monumental event carries only a $7 cover charge. This could be the only show ever with these particular groundbreaking artists and certainly at this historic venue. An historic showbill + historic venue = a truly "Must See" event.
