The ability to hear and understand what your clients, colleagues and employees need and want is imperative to running a business. As a business leader, it's critical to the success of your business to "sharpen the saw" and master communication and listening skills.
On Thursday, May 21st, we will walk the peaceful, quiet, and beautiful meadows of Gilsland Farms and I will guide you step by step through the 4 levels of listening, and how to become a masterful level 4 listener. You will have the opportunity to practice your skills with fellow Trail Blazers so you can start applying techniques to your work place right away. Bonus -Gilsland Farms is an excellent place to view birds of all species, so bring your binoculars and get ready for an adventure. We will be walking near dusk, so there will be great opportunity to view wildlife, so feel free to bring a camera as well.
Be sure to wear comfortable footwear, bring bugspray, and a pack for a waterbottle, pen, paper and your business cards. As always, our adventures are FREE, but please RSVP so I can prepare materials for you. This isn't your typical walk in the park - and this isn't your typical networking meeting!
