About Sara Angelus
Sara Angelus is a globe trotter extraordinaire.
After years of practicing yoga, dance, rock climbing, swimming, snow & skate boarding Sara found and fell in love with AcroYoga. Going on to complete level one and level two teacher certifications with AcroYoga Montreal (www.acroyoga.com) she and her soul sister from the land down under created an organization called The World Play Movement (www.worldplaymivement.com). Their objective is to share movement arts, yoga, AcroYoga, dance, circus and theatre with people of ALL backgrounds and ALL abilities ALL around the world. Their programs provide local communities with accessible opportunities to connect inwardly and outwardly, to exercise, and express themselves in a way that honors the people and the places they call home. Sara's classes are integrative, creative and playful (as well as bilingual). They provide techniques for success while celebrating individuality and the process within our bodies and our souls to attain postures and ultimately our life goals. Her philosophy is that through human connection, creative expression and a holistic and playful approach to anything life throws at us, we can all live healthier and happier. Not only for ourselves but for the sacred earth that cares for and nurtures our every being.
