Topics Presented at this Workshop will include the physiology of labor and how to use comfort measures for each stage, working as a team with other help professionals, what your scope of practice as a certified doula is, how to create your business, doing interviews, prenatal visits and postpartum visits--and so much more! Your training costs will include this 18 contact hour training, CAPPA training manual/binder, a few doula "starter" tools, and ongoing support and mentoring through an internet based training group!

If the CAPPA Faculty cancels the training, all fees will be refunded.
Cancellations prior to training have the option of having payment applied to a training workshop given by the same CAPPA Faculty within 12 months. (No-shows are not eligible for registration transfer.) Only ONE transfer of registration is permitted. If applicant does not attend a workshop within 12 months, all fees are forfeited. Cancellations/transfers will be charged a $50.00 processing fee due within 2 weeks of the original training date.
