Admission is $10
This bootcamp will be held May 16th and May 30th from 5pm-8pm.at the high school track.
It will be beginner level fitness designed to get you into the habit of working out on your own or with a partner.
It will feature upper and lower body workouts as well as abs.
There will also be information about personal training rates and tips for maintaining a healthier body.
Bring a yoga mat or at least a towel.
