Band Bio's “GOOD LOVIN’ JAMBAND” In the summer of 2008 a beautiful sunset called the collaboration between local musicians in the Reading, PA jam band scene. They got together to create an "Evening of Grateful Dead Music". With over 200 in attendance at their first show, the vibe and the spirit came to life. The musical compositions created a launch pad for improvisation, while respecting the original songs and lyrics of the Grateful Dead. Since then the GLJB has been performing, they are watching the fan base grow and expand. The GLJB often features other local performers and various "sit in" artists to help the community grow. The band has developed a regional following of friends and fans that create a passionate audience at all of our events. We are truly inspired by the music of The Grateful Dead, community of fans, and dancers! "Old Soul Revival" We are a mixture of some of the best and hardest working musicians in the Philadelphia area specializing in the music of The Allman Brothers Band. Each of us has multiple projects currently both original and not, but have formed a bond here with some of our favorite and most influential music, paying close attention to detail of all of the original music, while also incorporating the fire of our own improvisational musical contributions to create a very tangible symbiotic experience between the band and the listeners. There is nothing like coming back to pay homage to the music that inspired us all to play. Website- OR Facebook Page-
