Join celebrity chef and restaurateur, Matt Moran and WA Food Ambassador Don Hancey as they host an exclusive long-table dinner under the stunning Kimberley night stars at the historic Durack Homestead. Matt and Don will create a traditional feast with a modern twist. Cooking using time-honored methods, they aim to take diners back to the late 1800s when the pioneering Durack family built the homestead.
The sounds of the didgeridoo will hum in the air as you share in the stories of the durack homestead and surround country. This exclusive experience will take you back to years gone by while indulging in premium culinary delights.
As Rob Broadfield from The West Australian said of the inaugural dinner in 2012, “The highlight of the Ord Valley Muster this year was a quite remarkable long table dinner... it was a magic evening.”
