This May, Mercury nominated experimental rock band Django Django will be performing at our Butterworth Hall! Following from the success of their critically acclaimed debut album Django Django, the Scottish four piece will be playing their classics alongside new tracks from the eagerly anticipated second album Born Under Saturn.
Headlining the University of Warwick's 50th anniversary golden festival of music, Django Django will be playing on the evening of the 22nd May to an expected audience of over 800 people. Running from Thursday 21 – Saturday 23 May, The Warwick Music Festival will be a three-day festival of music and entertainment in and around Warwick Arts Centre. The festival celebrates the diversity of the University’s local community and the campus's successes since its formation in 1965.
Supporting Django Django is the American-New Zealand sell-out trio, Unknown Mortal Orchestra. The psychedelic rock group have taken Europe by storm and will be playing a collection of hits from their most recent albums II and Unknown Mortal Orchestra.

There will be special free entertainment in Warwick Arts Centre foyers and outdoor spaces with Hackney Colliery Band and Cherrystones (DJ)
