After a fantastic intensive last year, Erica is back once again in Bangalore in May 2015 with "Diving into the Unknown". This Intensive will culminate in a performance on the 22nd of May' 15.

About Erica Kaufman:
Erica is an active and innovative dance performer and educator. Her international touring credits include Bulgaria, Germany, Hungary, India, Israel, USA, and former Yugoslavia. Through the auspices of the honorable Pew Charitable Trust Grant, and the International Choreographers’ Program, Erica is the recipient of the full scholarship at the American Dance Festival at Duke University. She has served as faculty at the International Contact Festival Frieburg-Germany, Israeli CI Festival, Moab Jam, and several American College Dance Festivals including Cornell University.
Erica was instrumental in organizing CI36, an international Contact Improvisation festival celebrating the dance form. CI36 featured founders & influential artists in CI and over 300 performers representing 29 countries. In addition to her continued international CI teaching and dancing, Erica is collaborating with Nancy Stark Smith and film director Nathan Wagoner on a CI documentary to be released Summer 2012.
