She has not looked back since, with Durban Theatre credits including 1998 Nelson Mandela Peace Awards at the ICC where she was privileged to meet the named icon, The Westenders for which she received an FNB Vita Award nomination for Best Newcomer, Summer Sizzle and A Cellar Full of Noise – The Story of the Beatles. She was a lead vocalist in Richard Loring’s Girl Talk 005. Claire made her debut at The Barnyard Theatre as tap dancing Columbia in The Rocky Horror Show as well as performing in Boogie Wonderland, Juke Box Hero, Those Were the Days, Celtic Rock., Rocking All over the World, Walking in Memphis, Rock Around the Clock, Surfing Safari, Hollywood Rocks, and Kidz Rock. Since 2011 Claire has worked exclusively with Steyn Alive Productions performing in shows such as Diva Feva, The Ultimate Tribute Show, Rock this Country, The Voice and Girls on Film. Kerry-Lee McKibbin is no stranger to Durban Theatre, kicking off her debut theatre performances as lead vocalist for Dockyard Theatres, Get the Party Stared and Abba Tribute shows. Kerry-Lee has also perfomed in Seabrookes Theatre’s Salza Sizzle, Legends of Rock at Sibaya Izulu Theatre and Latin Heat, Hot Summers Night and Rock Britania at the Pumpkin Theatre. Festive season 2013 saw her performing at the Heritage Theatre in Going Out With a Bang. Kerry-Lee has also graced the Barnyard Theatre circuit as lead vocalist in Elvis Forever and Kidz Rock and Bieber and Buddies. Since 2011 Kerry-Lee has worked in many Steyn Alive Productions including Party Rockers, One Hit Wonders, Ultimate Tribute show and Diva Feva. This wont be Kerry-Lee’s first time on the Rhumbelow stage having performed previously in Jonah and the Whale & Banana Banana. In 2013 Kerry-Lee produced her first production Bad Romance at the Catalina Theatre and is now a Qualified Rockschool (Trinity) Vocal Coach (LRS) and has been teaching vocals and dance for 3 years in Durban. She has KZN Colours for Funk and has been trained in Hip hop, Modern, Ballet, Freestyle, Rock n roll, Latin Hustle and Slowdance. Kerry-lee is also a songwriter, and debut her first album at Splashy Fen in 2014. Singing sisters Joanne and Danielle Fisher (also known as Dannys Angels) where born with show business pumping through their veins. Having entertained audiences all over the world with their duo act “Dannys Angels”, from Sun City, Shanghai, Bahrain, United Kingdom to the MSC cruise liners. From 2007 – 2008 they performed in Barnyard Theatre’s nationwide with their family show “Your Mamma Don’t Dance” alongside their father, entertainer extraordinaire, Danny Fisher. The musical family was seen performing with Port Elizabeth theatre group, Centrestage in Wonder of You and Vegas Superstars in 2008. Dannys Angels entertained in Sun City for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. When not performing in a production or as Dannys Angels both Joanne and Danielle perform as solo artists within the corporate market. Danielle Fisher has performed in many Steyn Alive shows from Stars In your Eyes, Rock This Country, Always Elvis, Party Rockers, American Trilogy, One Hit Wonders, The Voice and more recently seen portraying the role Stevie Nicks in the Steyn Alive’s “Return of the Mac – A tribute to Fleetwood Mac and Friends”. Also known as the pink haired Diva on Season 1 of BBC Lifestyle’s Come Dine with me South Africa, Danielle is currently a resident DJ for Life & Style FM in Ballito. Joanne Fisher Steyn, owner Steyn Alive Productions and has written, produced and directed Stars In Your Eyes, Always Elvis, Party Rockers, It Takes Two, American Trilogy, One Hit Wonders, Girls On Film, The Voice, Rock This Country, Ultimate Tribute, Ebony and Ivory, Return of the Mac, Acoustic Hearts, Welcome to Burlesque and I love Rock n Soul as well as Diva Feva. Joanne has performed in many of her shows and now her passion for theatre and show production overflows into her daily life, as a vocal and stage performance coach at Penryn College in Mpumalanga (where she now lives).
