As part of a series of events leading up to a BIENNALE SYMPOSIUM slated to take place in June at the Living Arts Centre, the PHIBA seeks to engage Peel and Halton based community members, activists, artists and stakeholders in a discussion on the direction, implementation and artistic and economic impact of a Biennale to be held in 2017.
