Deepen Your Practice / Workshop Series
Each two-hour session in this series will include a strong, creatively sequenced asana practice, followed by a shared discussion of the philosophical components of yoga tradition and how they may be applied to your life and work. The discussions will largely be shaped and driven by the series attendees (limited to 10), but will include topics such as Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, yamas and niyamas, cultivating compassion and forgiveness, finding balance, and handling change gracefully.
Together we’ll go deeper into the physical practice of yoga, refine poses, and sharpen the awareness of breath. We’ll also move towards greater depth and inspiration off the mat, exploring ways to bring your yoga practice into your life.
The aim of the series is to cultivate individual strength and flexibility in body and mind, all in a spirit of communal conviviality.
Who is this series for?
yogis who would like to go deeper into their asana practice
yogis who want to develop greater self-awareness and self-knowledge
yogis with no major injuries and who practice regularly
Come to learn, dig deeper, play, and have fun!
