More and more professionals are realizing that a solid understanding of all of the social media platforms is challenging, yet crucial. This hands-on course will cover the fundamentals of top social media platforms, in detail, for members of business, industry and governmental agencies. This course is taught by Karen Tiede.
8 Wednesday evenings starting on May 27, from 5:30-8:30 pm.
We will spend 3 hours on each of the major platforms: Facebook Business, Pinterest, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+, as well as advertising, managing content, and integrating marketing and publicity across the different systems.
We will cover:
How to set up accounts for social media online tools
How to use these tools to drive customers to your business
Understanding and using Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+, and more
Introduction to social media marketing
Introduction to mobile marketing
Navigating local directory and location-sharing sites
