Following a recent food journey to Morocco, Head Chef Damian Clisby hosts an introduction to cooking with spices.
He will be talking extensively on flavour combinations – how spices can enhance dishes and draw out flavours in a variety of pairings. You will also be guided through the process of making your own spice mixes at home.
Damian will be joined by the talented young chef Alex Dome – recently one of the four Chefs of Tomorrow.
Following the demonstration, guests will be invited to enjoy a Petersham Prosecco and two course seasonal lunch.
This workshop is open to only 16 guests, lasting approximately 1.5 hours. Tickets £75.00 per person. Price includes: workshop, two course lunch in the restaurant accompanied by a glass of prosecco.
