Would you like to meet up with other owners of Businesses in Ealing? And get a chance to tell everyone about what you do? Join us for some relaxed networking and a cup of tea and a nibble (fresh; home-baked) - just because it's nice to meet up in person, and to put personalities to profiles.
The next Contactus Meetup is on Monday 18 May, 11am-12.30pm/2pm, again at Old Actonians Cricket Club, South Ealing W5 4LL.
There is parking on-site: about 10 cars at the front of the clubhouse, and another 8 past the barrier. There is also free parking in Gunnersbury Park car park across the road on Popes Lane (entrance next to the Northfields-bound E3 bus stop). The closest tube station is Acton Town, and the E3 bus stops on Popes Lane.
In keeping with our mission to get small business owners outdoors and more active, we'll be changing into our trainers at 12.30pm to head out onto the luxurious Old Actonians cricket pitch to have a game of Cricketforfun.
Just before we do that, we'll have a short business-in-action talk/demo by physiotherapist Stewart Ramsay of W5 Physio, explaining what 'Small Business Posture' is, and how to avoid it.
Entry fee, whether paid via Eventbrite or in person on the day, is £15.

The cost of the meetup includes the Cricketforfun game. Future meetups will have other group physical activities, such as jog-around-the-block, more fun cricket, outdoor yoga, speed-walking around Old As, etc. Each meetup activity will be led by a different Contactus health and fitness advertiser, so we get to try out different ways of keeping fit.
