“Compassion: noun; sorrow or the capacity to feel sorrow for another’s suffering or misfortune.” (Merriam-Webster Dictionary)
Cross Tabernacle church is hosting a Spring banquet entitled ‘Compassion’ on Friday, May 29. This event will express how the Church’s compassion has impacted the world.
Cross Tabernacle has a footprint on nearly every continent providing such services as education, food distribution, medical supplies, and drug and alcohol rehabilitation with the emphasis of sharing the compassionate message of the gospel. To date, Cross Tabernacle Church has supported approximately 40 organizations locally and internationally!
We are seeking to partner with individuals and organizations within the community to share the compassion burden in order to secure the 2016 missions giving budget. The goal is to raise $20,000.00 in donations this year. Will you consider taking this opportunity to underwrite and/or offer a monetary donation today? Your contribution will save the lives of unborn leaders, prepare men and women for a successful future, and ensure hope to those experiencing financial and emotional loss due to catastrophes of life.
The Compassion Banquet will be held Friday, May 29th at Cross Tabernacle Church from
6:30 – 8:30 p.m. The event will include a buffet-style meal provided by Agape Deli, testimonials from missions Cross Tabernacle supports, and solidify the church’s mission to meet people at the crossroads of life. Our keynote speaker will be Rev. Tracy Hamilton, Senior Minister with Covenant Cooperative Ministries. The cost of tickets is $15.00 and pledge cards will be made available.
Cross Tabernacle is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and all contributions are tax deductible.
Thank you for your sponsorship ensuring the success of Cross Tabernacle Church’s Compassion Banquet.
