We are asking for the community to come together during this difficult time for the Porters, to help raise funds that will go directly to Morgan Ashley Phillips & the children, to help with expenses. Randy Porter unexpectedly passed away, Thursday April 9th. He leaves behind 4 children: Randall 21, Bailey 15, Tyler 13 and Brooke 4.
Anyone is welcomed to come out the day of the event and set up a "yard sale" table. Please know ALL proceeds from this sale will be given to Morgan & the children. Any items are welcome .. household, clothes, shoes, outside, toys, baby items, furniture, tools, equine tack, etc. If you'd like to set up a baked goods, food table/wagon or craft/hand made table that is welcomed too. Anything that sales, bring it on! Please contact me (Lisa Carmack) if you'd like to participate and set up your own table. We can also make arrangements to pick up items, but this must be done in advance. The cut off date for items to be picked up is May 24th.
Volunteers are needed too! If you would like to help during the event, or if you're able to help with collecting donated items (prior to) please let me know.
We are seeking donations for our raffle give-a-ways. If you know of a place I can contact, to ask, please let me know. If your company or business would like to make a donation please contact me. Your business/company will be featured on our main banner advertising the event, which will be placed near US HWY 41.

If you are planning on having your own table set up, please make sure you have someone to man it at all times. You will also be responsible for providing your own table or blankets (if you choose to place items on the ground). Also, with the summer heat setting in, you may want to bring a shade tent .. as well as a cooler with water and/or other drinks to keep hydrated.
Raffles: Drawings for raffles will begin promptly at 1:00 pm. You DO NOT have to be present to win. However, you MUST make arrangements to pick up items you win.
Attendance to this event is "at your own risk". Bounce houses to have no more than 5 jumpers at once. Parking area(s) will be designated, but will not have security. Please make sure you leave any valuable belongings at home, or locked up at all times. You must stay in "authorized areas" at all times and we ask for you to please follow the rules and go beyond any roped off areas.
