COMMUNITY PENTECOST SUNDAY SERVICE TO BE HELD ON PATRIOT SQUARE, NANTICOKE
Sunday May 24th -- 6:00 – 7:30 PM
Live Christian music before and after service. Starting at 5:30 P.M.
The Nanticoke Clergy Group is holding an ecumenical service to celebrate the birth of the Church on Pentecost. Worship and teaching on the “Fruits of the Spirit” will be led by clergy from St. John’s Lutheran, St. Faustina RC, First United Methodist, Nanticoke Christian Fellowship, and New Life Community Church. National Artist Frankie Bell and the Wilkes-Barre Mt. Zion Church Youth Group will perform a dramatic representation of the first Pentecost. Music will be provided by various local Christian singers and musicians. Private prayer will be available for anyone who is interested. In the event of rain, the service will be held at the St. Faustina Cultural Centre, 38 W. Church St.,
Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy a spirit-filled evening of Christian Worship and Praise!!
