Yoga is the Journey to Oneself Through Oneself.
In this Bereavement Yoga Therapy 8 Week Session you will learn to reconnect with yourself following your loss.
Each week we will focus on a particular tool to help you rebuild and cope with whatever your life brings you next.
Use of Guided Meditation and Aromatherapy will be used in each session.
