Our Bush Devine Café takes flight
Paulett’s Bush Devine Café is nearly open, and our new Chef, Roger Graham, has been busy getting his creative juices flowing to bring us this fabulous bush tucker feast. Teamed up with fantastic views, rocking tunes and a glass of one of the best wines or beer, what more could you want.
On the menu is a 5 course tasting flight of 5 delicious morsels matched with our wines. From freshly shucked oysters with finger lime caviar dressing to succulent eucalyptus smoked kangaroo sliders, just to name a couple, this mini 5 course degustation will be a must try.
OR Rogers Bush Devine curry, a flavour explosion using Australian bush tucker ingredients for a deliciously unique take on an old favorite. Using local Greenslades chicken and served with all the trimmings. Then a decadent dessert of baked Wattle Seed & Chocolate Cheesecake with Kahlua coffee syrup served with a local honey, Bush Mint & Macadamia nut ice-cream.
Live music all day by dynamic Adelaide duo 'Black Caviar' playing a cool blend of rock, blues & jazz. Barista Coffee & soft drinks available all day. And don’t forget the golf! Tee off and see if you can hit the barrel to win a prize.
