Due to popular demand we're running a 2nd masterclass!
Join us for a Cheese Masterclass with Philip Wilton, owner of Wilde's Cheese, an award winning artisan cheesemaker.
Philip produces a rotating selection of over 30 cheeses and is always trying something new using inspiration from all over the world.
After a warm welcome you will take a tour of the dairy and then watch how one of Wilde's most popular cheeses, St Bruce, is produced, following the end to end process from adding the rennet/cultures to the milk, cutting the curds, draining the whey and finally shaping the cheese.
After this Philip will show you how the Cheese changes with age, before you get to taste the finished product as well as a range of his other fantastic cheeses. We will end on a Q&A so make sure you bring all your 'cheesey' questions!
NB as we are following the production of a real cheese, timing is tight so please arrive for a prompt 6.30 start!
