The Canon Pro Imaging Roadshow 2015 will be at our Salisbury store on Friday 22nd May. Featuring seminar presentations from professional photographers David Clapp and Danny Green with detailed reviews and images from both the Canon EOS 7D Mk II and the new Canon EOS 5DS and 5DSR and the chance to have your portfolio reviewed by David and Danny on the day. As well as the interesting and informative seminars, there will be Canon special offers.
Tickets are for either the morning or the afternoon sessions, which give you access to both seminars.
Danny Green: Canon EOS 7D Mark II and Long Lenses:
Danny Green is a multiple award-winning wildlife photographer, who has been photographing the natural world for over 25 years.
Danny has travelled to some of the most remote regions that the north has to offer – from the Mountains of Scotland to the Boreal forests of Finland;the Arctic Tundra of Iceland to the Polar Icecaps of Svalbard.
He has photographed Grizzly bears in Alaska and the iconic Snow Monkeys of Japan. Danny will be showing some of his favourite images from these wonderful destinations during his talk.
These images were taken using a range of the latest Canon products like the new EOS 7D Mark II and latest long lenses like the 500mm F4 IS MKII and 300mm F2.8. Working in these conditions is the perfect test for the Canon products and Danny will be willing to answer any technical questions during his talk.
David Clapp presents the Canon EOS 5DS and EOS 5DS R
David will be unveiling the new Canon EOS 5DS & EOS 5DS R with images to show the capabilities of this remarkable camera and its generous pixel count. Along side this, there will be a look at new lenses like the 11-24mm and firm favourites including the 16-35 f4 IS which is making big waves in the industry.
David Clapp is on the the UK's top landscape photographers. Always pushing boundaries, developing techniques and delivering outstanding results; his images speak for themselves.
His work focusses on reaching into the unknown, as he seeks out new and exciting places to photograph, in the landscape and beyond. A clear and concise communicator, David's skills are highly regarded in the photographic industry as both a photographer and a leading lecturer.
