It's that time of year again! This is the 3rd year we have attended Camden Park for School Days. The process of ordering and receiving tickets ran very smoothly last year. We are doing things the same way this year.
Tickets are $11.00 per person this year, children 2 and under are free. There is no fee for parking. Tickets may be purchased starting immediately and until April 24. I will take payment in person at a homeschool activity or by mail. Mail your orders to Glenna Sadler, PO Box 685, Barboursville, WV 25504.
I will pick up the tickets by April 30 for distribution. As many as possible will be hand delivered at HiM co-op, roller skating, or another homeschool function between April 30 and May 8. All others will be mailed on May 8. If tickets need to be mailed to you, please add $.50 to your order or include a stamped, addressed envelope with your mailed payment for me to mail the tickets to you. We will have a shelter for eating and resting. Bring your own food, with one exception. Food may be brought in as long as it is not food prepared by another vendor (for example, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, etc.) Please ask any questions you have here or message me if it is not a general question.
A couple of questions that I regularly receive are:
1. Are Homeschoolers the only people at the park? No. It is school days. There will be many classes of children of varying ages at the park at the same time.
2. Can tickets be ordered after April 24 if I decide to go last minute? Not this year. I will be leaving the country on May 9, so I am doing this until the last possible minute, but I cannot extend the order date beyond April 24.
