Now in its 16th year, BravoBravo!, sponsored by FIAT, illuminates all that Detroit has to offer, as the Detroit Opera House is transformed to "Light up the Night."
The annual fundraiser, one of Detroit’s most anticipated cultural events of the year, will run from 8 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., Friday, June 5, at the Detroit Opera House (1526 Broadway, Detroit), with a sponsor and VIP preview beginning at 7 p.m. Organized by the young professionals of Michigan Opera Theatre’s Volunteer Association, BravoBravo! exposes Detroit’s best restaurants and entertainment to thousands of revelers, all in support of Michigan Opera Theatre. Three of Detroit’s most involved young professionals co-chair the event: Diane Brazer, William Robinson, and Jessica Tidwell.
Ticket prices start at $120 in advance and are on sale now. Tickets may be purchased at the Detroit Opera House box office, by phone at (313) 237-7464, or online at www.BravoBravo.org. The event is expected to sell out. Attendees must be 21 or older. Proper attire is required, and a classy cocktail dress code is encouraged.
Events like BravoBravo! are vital to the continued success and daily operations of Michigan Opera Theatre. The event annually draws crowds of more than 2,000 young professionals.
