We will be releasing our first bottle of the year, and this is a very special release to us. Carle the Great, our Russian Imperial Stout named to honor Mike's dad has been our most well-received brew to date. We are proud to announce the release of a limited run of 22oz bottles of a Glenfiddich barrel aged version of this beer. Topping out at 10.8%, this brew combines the sweet, roasty nature of the original Carle, and ups the ante with the complexity of an oak aged beer with boozy notes of single malt scotch. Bottles are limited to TWO per person maximum, and they are first come first serve. They are $25 a piece. There are under 150 bottles of this, so we expect it to go pretty quickly.
Special Thanks - this beer was named by a group of friends who donated their time, creativity, and money during our fundrasier a few years back, with the specific purpose to name this beer after Mike's Dad. So, to Dooner, Tom, Eric, Mike, Lauren, Chris and everyone else - THANK YOU!
