Blake Noble returns to Caffe Mela armed with a brand new album, and a phenomenal new band. The new album 'Those Who Know' features Matthew Rieger on Lap Steel, Dobro and Banjo, Joel Hoyer on Bass, and Chris Lucier on Drums/Percussion.
Australian multi-instrumentalist Blake Noble has been making a name for himself with his unique blend of Aussie Roots Music since relocating to Seattle almost three years ago. Known for his use of Percussive Guitar, where he hits the body of the guitar like a drum, Blake also plays the ancient Australian Didgeridoo which is said to mesmerize his audience.
Fans of The John Butler Trio and Xavier Rudd will love this high energy four piece. Blake Noble Band will be performing the new album in it's entirety for the first time in Wenatchee on Friday, May 15th with special guests Vaudeville Etiquette.
Vaudeville Etiquette makes music that pushes every boundary with raw passion, grit, and mischievous wit. With their signature blend of Americana roots rock, the dynamic Seattle quintet fills timeless melodies with modern lyrics, heady harmonies, and a wailing pedal steel. Their live performances are magnetic, diving fearlessly from energetic anthems to wistful ballads and back again, winning over bigger and bigger audiences across the country with their potent chemistry and barrel-aged charm.
Recently listed as one of the "Top 50 Bands Rocking the Seattle Scene" by Seattle Magazine, Vaudeville Etiquette has been featured in USA Today, CMJ, American Songwriter, and more, where they've gained comparisons to heavy-hitters like Shovels & Rope, The Civil Wars, Fleetwood Mac, and The Band. "Vaudeville Etiquette is a band that knows all the right moves, and seems poised for a larger stage." -The Seattle Times
