Black Siren Ent. is proud to host this unique event showcasing women in music and arts. The goal of WIMA is to both recognize and celebrate the contributions of women to our artistic community while inspiring change and advancing awareness of much-needed equality and diversity in music, arts,and culture. We hope to provide a platform of opportunity for aspiring female artists by increasing public knowledge of the many talented female artists the city has to offer. Join us as we come together to INSPIRE, SUPPORT, EMPOWER, AND MOTIVATE female artists. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic. Violence against women and girls continue to be a global pandemic. Join us as we come together to raise funds and awareness to empower women to find their collective voices and demand an end to the violence that affects one in three women around the world. We are pleased to announce our keynote speakers for the evening. Ann Decter Director of Advocacy and Public Policy at YWCA Canada Reesee Program Director, Radio Host Abuse: Survival Stories Art Exhibit- 4PM Discover extraordinary artwork by some of Toronto’s unsung female artists. The exhibition will feature works by 20 remarkable female artists working today. This is a multi-generational, multi-cultural art exhibit designed for female artists to embrace their style of art while celebrating equality and focusing on positivity. The show is also a great way to recognize the achievements of female artists across nationalities, while teaching the public of their accomplishments. Featured Artists: Tau Lewis Katie Little B.
