Sandy is stage 5 Renal failure and is now going through the screening process for a double transplant of Kidney and Pancreas at Duke University Medical Center.
This procedure is quite expensive and even though Sandy's insurance will cover some of the cost she will have a very large out of pocket expense to cover.
The meal will be hotdogs, slaw and chips or an Authentic Homemade Mexican food meal. There will be games for children, a cakewalk, and auction. Raffles for a 4 day-3 night beach rental, a Yeti Cooler, a Henry Large Loop Lever .22 Rifle, and 50/50 raffle will add to the fun.
Auction items are pouring in. Antiques, luxury filled baskets, wooden dollhouse, and many gift certificate are just a few of the items up for bid.
If you have items to donate or want to assist in the festivities, please have your items to South Macon School on Friday, May 15. We will be at the school by 3:00 on Saturday for delivery of cakes or other items.
