This class is geared towards beginners just entering the world of yoga. Hatha yoga focuses on physical strength, flexibility, breathing,meditation, and being present. All are welcome.
Pam Falcone is a graduate of the Kind yoga School, with over thirty years of nursing experience. As a nurse she has devoted her career to empower her patients with the knowledge necessary to guide them towards their optimal wellness goals. Adding a regular yoga practice is a holistic approach to overall well being. Her teaching styles are Hatha and Yin Yoga. She has a passion for teaching yoga to beginners, to spark their interest for further exploration in their practice. Yoga can be challenging, but the benefits are beyond measure.
