In this 3 hour workshop we will flow through a preparatory vinyasa practice which awakens, enlivens and strengthens our bodies to then spend time slowly and gently working into a variety of different back bending postures.
Our focus will be on smoothly working our way in and out of the postures, facing our fears with back bends, maintaining correct alignment for the safe practice of the postures, providing tools to enhance your home practice, and of course providing a sense of fun and definitely some laughter along the way.
There will, as always be some yummy snacks to round off the session, leaving our bodies and souls nourished and happy!
The workshop runs from 14:00-17:00
The cost of the workshop is £30 and there is an earlybird discount rate of £25 if the session is booked and paid for before Friday 17th April.
The workshop is suitable for all levels, but you will get more out of the session if you have a little bit of yoga experience, it's not an advanced session, just may not be as much fun if you are a complete beginner!!
