No UNAUTHORISED 4 Wheelers/Golf Carts, etc. Allowed on Property! Pre-Registration : 1st 200 receive our 2015 Badge! Register by May 1, 2015 WE are LIGHTING the river for extended water fun! Camp COOK’s - are selling breakfast Saturday & Sunday mornings Meals Included: Lunch and Dinner on Saturday & Lunch on Sunday provided by Longhorn Saloon Read further for more details Costs: Adults - $50, Children 6-12 years old $ 15, Wagon Masters and non riding children under 5 years of age - Free! Everyone who passes through the gate must sign up, wrist bands required ! There is NO free camping! Directions: From I-10 take Hwy 46 (near Boerne) West to Hwy 16. Turn right toward Bandera. Turn right at the light on Main Street and go to FM 470. Turn left, go across the river and watch on your right for the entrance to the Twin Elm Arena. It’s not even a mile. The ride will be escorted by Texas Law Enforcement Officers to provide safety for our riders and participants. The Ride Schedule Thursday – Gates Open! Friday – Sign up will begin at 4:00 p.m. Current Coggins should be available upon request. From about 5 ‘till 8 or while it lasts, there will be an informal “Cowboy Fixin’s” meal available – likely out of 1 big pot. Bring your own plates, utensils and beverages and “think chuck wagon”… Saturday – Cattle Call at 7:30 a.m. Pull out at 9:00 a.m. The days ride is approximately 14-16 miles through the hill country –. Lunch will be served between 12 noon and 1:00 p.m. (provide your own refreshments). Dinner will be served at camp from 6-8 p.m. (provide your own refreshments). Sunday –Cattle Call at 8:30 a.m. Pull out at 10:00 a.m. We will ride for 10 miles from camp to Bandera and we’ll have a small parade through Bandera to the Longhorn Saloon for lunch – hosted by the Brian Black Family and the Bandera Regulars. We saddle up and ride back to camp around 4:00pm. Monday –Please CLEAN UP your area and dispose of your trash in the dumpster provided before you leave. Pull-out time is 1:00. Please respect private property (including Twin Elm Guest Ranch The Rules NO CROSS COUNTRY RIDING – STAY OFF PRIVATE PROPERTY – NO WAGONS PARKED ON MAIN STREET of BANDERA AT ANY TIME *All riders and wagons are to obey the Officials & Scouts. *Wrist bands must be worn at all times and will be checked. *No uncontrollable animals. *Animals should be shod. *Current Coggins required. *Pets must be controlled on a leash and must stay in camp. *No riding double. *Kicking animals must have a red ribbon on their tail. *No littering. *No firearms of any kind allowed. *All minors must have a parent or guardian present. Individuals without wrist bands will be asked to leave.
