On Monday, June 1st at 7:00 PM in the commons we will have a General Membership Booster Meeting, the Band Awards, and our annual Silent Auction to raise funds for band programs (so make sure you bring your checkbook!).
After a brief meeting to approve next year’s budget and Executive Board, we will then transition to the band awards for the students, ending with Mr. Magee's recognition of the band seniors.
We'll incorporate some social time and are looking for food donations. We are asking families to bring a finger food appetizer (like cheese and crackers) or dessert to share. The Booster will provide drinks. Please contact Debra Johnson (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you have any questions.
