Musician and author Timothy Bond surveys Roger Hilton’s achievements, from the time of his friendship with William Gear in late 1940s Paris and London, to 1964 when Hilton represented the United Kingdom at the Venice Biennale.
Bond will examine Hilton’s painting May 1961 and other works and works by his European contemporaries and his British colleagues featured in this exhibition.
