Knitting needles are clicking, stitch markers are being made, and fiber is being blended in preparation for the annual Okanogan Fiber Festival on May 30th and 31th; for the first time a two day event. Everything is natual fiber related, from the fibers fresh off the sheep, to those that are ready to spin, to yarns for you to knit, crochet, weave etc. And for you quilters we will be bringing batts of Shetland and Romney wool from Screaming Mountain Ranch. John Zuckers beautiful drop spindles and orifice hooks will also be in attendance, ready for your spinning pleasure. :)
