10.15 Welcome and Registration
10.30 Yoga Session – Sylvie and Peter from Energy4Life, Well-being Coach and Yoga Instructor, as seen at the October 2014 Information Event. Chair Yoga and Mat Yoga tailored to everyone’s needs
11.15 Refreshments break: tea, coffee, juice, biscuits.
11.45 Pilates Session – Ana from MK Fitness. Pilates focuses on building your body’s core strength and improving your posture through a series of low impact stretching and conditioning exercises.
12.30 Yoga Cool Down Session – Sylvie
12.45 Close of Session

Please bring your own yoga mat or chair covering for seated yoga.
All participants will need to fill in and bring along a PAR-Q and if relevant a referral letter from your GP. These are provided with your tickets.
Please also bring a water bottle and towel. Wear comfortable clothing.
