This workshop aims to:
Develop your movement skills and your range of movement vocabulary.
Awaken your senses and your ability to sense, feel and experience.
Develop your ability to more clearly express, communicate and understand through the movement of the body
Explore your relationship with yourself, others and your environment, enabling you to become more aware and at ease with each.

All levels of experience and ability welcome. This is a gentle practice, with no set movements, so you can move just as your body likes / is able.
Claire's has studied yoga, massage, movement and dance, since 1997. Massage therapist since 1997, and full time yoga and movement teacher since 2001. Practitioner of Amerta movement with Suprapto Suryadarmo (world-renowned movement teacher from Indonesia) since1997, trained in community dance, Yoga therapy, Womb yoga (for women), many years experience in 5 Rhythms Dance (since 1997) and exploration of other movement disciplines such as embodied anatomy and Body Mind Centering. As well as working with various community groups and with Psychiatric patients, Claire is also a Guest lecturer at UCC.
