The Bliss Out Wellness duo, Fern Olivia and Sarah Anne Stewart are inviting you to rub shoulders with the 'Who's Who' in health and wellness for a surf-inspired ALOHA afternoon May 17 from 11am-2pm - in support of the Allyson Whitney Foundation.
This ALOHA day is dedicated to 'wellness warriors' looking to take health and happiness to new heights. This is your invitation to get dedicated one-on-one time with NYC's top yoga instructors, health coaches, meditation teachers, and natural gourmet chef while supporting an incredible non-profit organization, the Allyson Whitney Foundation.
The foundation was created in the honor of Allyson Whitney Strong, a childhood friend who passed from a very rare cancer, small cell cervical cancer at 25-years-old.
The Allyson Whitney Strong Allyson Whitney Foundation empowers and fights for the health of young adults with rare cancers and provides “Life Interrupted Grants” that ease the financial burden of medical treatments. With the help of the Allyson Whitney Foundation, these young adults are free to concentrate all their energy on healing and living life to the fullest.

Fern Olivia Langham is an experienced yoga and meditation instructor (RYT), holistic health practitioner (AADP) and co-founder of Bliss Out Wellness. Thoughtfully combining her studies of Yoga under the guidance of her mentor Elena Brower and teachers at Katonah Yoga, Biomedical Engineering at Syracuse University and Holistic Health at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Fern has made it her mission to educate and empower everyone around her to slow down, find peace within, and awaken their own inner healer. Her practice infuses an artfully designed blend of bhakti, restorative, kundalini and Katonah yoga, with emphasis on the mind-body connection and releasing stress built up in the organs. Sarah Anne brings her down-to-earth ‘wellness’ wisdom all the way from the Midwest. When her father cured cancer with alternative medicine, the experience sparked a light inside of her that was never put out. Twelve years and hundreds of hours of training later, Sarah is now based in NYC, where she founded Introducing Wellness LLC and co-founded Bliss Out Wellness.
